Gary Gilmour has been practicing law in Winkler for more than 40 years and successfully navigates his clients through various legal challenges to help them reach their desired goal. He routinely handles legal matters of all sizes, from residential conveyancing to complex commercial transactions.
Gary operated his own practice for more than 15 years before he was joined by Loren Braul. Together, they have a law firm with greater capacity and presence in the community.
Gary continues to dedicate himself to his profession and the community. His extensive experience in Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Law, Wills, and Estates allows Gary to competently serve a wide network of clients. Gary was recognized as the Winkler Citizen of the Year in 2013 and has taught legal courses at Red River College in Winkler for many years. Gary has also coordinated blood donor clinics in Altona and Winkler for the past 20 years. Gary continues to be involved with the Winkler Community Foundation and is active in the national governing body for the Lutheran Church of Canada.
Loren Braul provides a wide range of legal services to his clients, including Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Law, Wills and Estate Administration, Civil Litigation, and Family Matters.
Loren studied peace studies and theology prior to law school, which provides him a unique perspective on what it means to provide respectful, meaningful, and persuasive representation.

Nichole Hiebert was called to the bar in 2003 and has a wealth of experience in Corporate and Commercial matters. Nichole’s practice includes Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates and some Family Law Matters.
In addition to her legal practice Nichole teaches, ‘Legal Negotiation’ at Robson Hall Law School.
Nichole is a dedicated community volunteer. She and her family have a strong interest in supporting youth hockey.
